Absolutely not! The auction method is typically used to sell high-end residential, commercial, and industrial property, including sports arenas, luxury homes, shopping malls, and more. Sellers who are looking to have an arms-length transaction. Less than 5% of properties that are in the general market can even be considered distressed. Our client base is mostly private individuals, large corporations, dissolving partnerships, and estate settlements.

Most of our Online real estate auctions start on the 1st of the month and end on the last weekday of the month. Always check each auction’s specific terms.

In-person bidding normally starts at 1 pm.

Absolutely! We will always have preview times available.

Your government-issued ID will always be standard, but again, always check the terms and conditions for each sale.

Online, the users’ bidding status is improved if they complete their “my account” to 100%

Most live auctions do not have a fee to attend.

Online registration is always free to register.

Yes, this will be done through the online auction platform. Always check the website for that specific information.

Most of our auctions will offer online or telephone bidding.

We offer a Broker Participation Fee to any licensed Real Estate Broker who properly registers a client. Completed registration forms must be received 48 hours before the scheduled auction.

This means the property will sell to the last and highest bidder, regardless of price.

This means you are buying the property exactly how you see it, as is where is.

It will specifically say “absolute”. If this language is not present, then it would be a reserve sale.

This is typically an announced or advertised amount that the auctioneer will start the bidding at.

Unless there has been an advertised minimum opening bid, the bidding may start at an arbitrary price. You’re only going to pay one bid more than someone else was willing to pay!

These terms are specific to each auction and can be discussed personally once we know what we are selling.

This person is called a “Ringperson.” Their job is to help identify bidders for the Auctioneer, and can sometimes be quite entertaining!

Tax is applicable on some property and miscellaneous items, depending on the terms of the auction.
